NEWVISION / COCKPIT SYSTEM

F‑35 COCKPIT

A fully integrated cockpit environment combining physical structure, controls, electronics and simulator interfaces into one complete system.

NewVision Digital designs and builds the cockpit around the required simulation environment, from the mechanical structure and operator interfaces to electronics, software integration and visual-system connectivity.

SYSTEM APPROACH

BUILT AS ONE
INTEGRATED SYSTEM

The F-35 cockpit is developed as an integrated simulator platform rather than a collection of separate components.

Mechanical design, cockpit structure, controls, electronics and simulator interfaces are developed to work together from the beginning.

This allows the physical cockpit and the simulation environment to operate as one coordinated system.

PHYSICAL COCKPIT

THE SIMULATION STARTS WITH THE HARDWARE

The physical cockpit creates the connection between the user and the simulation.

NewVision Digital designs and manufactures cockpit structures, panels, controls and mechanical components around the requirements of the simulator.

The objective is not simply to reproduce the appearance of a cockpit, but to create a physical environment that can be integrated reliably with the electronics and software behind it.

CONTROLS & ELECTRONICS

CONNECTING THE PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL SYSTEMS

Every switch, control and interface in a simulator ultimately needs to communicate with the software environment.

NewVision Digital integrates the cockpit electronics, controllers and I/O systems required to connect the physical hardware with the simulation platform.

This work is carried out together with the mechanical design so that the cockpit remains serviceable, configurable and ready for system integration.

MODULAR INTEGRATION

MODULAR INTEGRATION

Every simulator project has different constraints.

Available space, existing software, hardware interfaces, visual systems and training objectives can all affect the final configuration.

The F-35 cockpit platform can therefore be adapted around the specific requirements of the project rather than forcing every installation into the same configuration.

AVAILABLE SEPARATELY

DEBRIEFING SYSTEM

The debriefing solution is a separate NewVision Digital system and is not included as part of the cockpit package.

When supplied, it can provide flight-data recording, screen recording, external video capture and synchronized playback to support structured post-mission analysis.

The system can be integrated with the simulator or training center according to the required configuration.

OPERATIONAL & NETWORKED TRAINING

TRAIN TOGETHER
IN THE SAME SCENARIO

The F-35 platform can support connected training between multiple simulator stations and other compatible simulation systems.

Scenarios can include dynamic blue and red forces, Computer Generated Forces and human-controlled opposition.

The system can also support Distributed Interactive Simulation connectivity, enabling broader multi-system training environments.
